An example of their care… last Sunday our renters had a water heater blowout that flooded the lower level. “As others have said, RPM’s application process is very detailed and thorough, but not at all unreasonable. They pre-qualify applicants so that once a property is available, it can be looked at by prospective tenants right away and moved into quickly. The ability to provide all information and required documentation either online, in person, or via e-mail made it very convenient, especially since I was moving from out of the county. I wanted to wait until a while after moving in to leave a review, so that I could be sure that my experience as a tenant was as seamless as it was as an applicant. After renting through RPM for six months now, I can honestly say it has been nothing but a positive experience so far. During the application and property approval process, Kevin Saephanh was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions and to my changes in property preference, and Kate Cincoski was very helpful and accommodating about showing the property and answering questions during the lease finalization and move-in process.
Ever since I moved in, Sasha Rodriguez has been my point-person at RPM, and she has been very prompt, professional, and friendly in every interaction. She is always very helpful in answering questions of any kind, and has scheduled maintenance quickly whenever it has been needed.”

Found listing on Craigslist but surprisingly found a very legit proper company with affordable cat friendly apartments for rent. No slum lords here or sketchy vibes nor pretentious snobs either. Decent amount of properties available to view online and the viewing process was a snap! Up to date on tech to make for an expedient website/email/text process and the staff were very readily on response, transparent about all legalities and info, not to mention just plain friendly and polite and respectful. Good communication from the application process (worth the application fee!) all the way to the lease process. Online portal for bill managment makes things easy as well. Thank you especially to Rebecca and Nicole for a friendly and smooth moving experience in the semi stressful event of rerooting elsewhere. I would reccomend others to choose RPM, based on my current experience with the staff and the company process. Considering my last rental experience was less than agreeable, this is a breath of fresh air!”
